Most people down south eat me.

I also contain polish sausage And Chorizo. I tend to be a little spicy but oh sooo yummy. I am a cajun dish. Can you guess what I am??

July 5th I will be blessed by a new life, my own flesh and blood. I can't wait to meet my new child; (:
